Our
native games, unique to our cultural way of life in Ireland, are renowned
and envied around the world. With Railway Cup games now taking place in
Rome and Paris, county teams travelling to New Yorkand London for leagueand championship fixtures and the Compromise Rules Series now a permanent
fixture, it seems both timely and appropriate that Cumann na mBunscol
Aontroim submit themselves to the worldwide web. |

This interactive website
adds a new dimension to our developmental process and I commend it to
pupils, parents and teachers alike in our network of schools.
The
website will enable us to readily access information on Cumann na mBunscol
Aontroim’s wide range of activities. Furthermore it will enable us as an
association to reach out to a worldwide audience. The officers of Cumann
na mBunscol Aontroim are to be commended for their enthusiastic
willingness to embrace such an innovative project which promotes an
international dimension and consolidates even more the foundations of our
association.
